As John Maxwell Certified Coaches, Trainers and Speakers, we can offer workshops, seminars, mastermind training and retreats, aiding the personal and professional growth and development of leaders through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. PowerTeamTT will work together with organizations to move the leaders, teams and the organization as a whole in the desired direction to reach the goals identified and improve their results.
We will introduce the selected staff to the leadership and communication principles which form the foundation of the leadership philosophy of Dr. John C. Maxwell. This will equip them with tools and new perspectives on how they could improve the way they conduct their responsibilities and more than that, how they could improve the way they live their lives. Our workshops will kick start transformation in the way they lead themselves as well as how they lead others.
Our workshops may be conducted as full day activities, spread over a few days depending on the depth of content to be covered, or done as a retreat with appropriate group and team building activities.
We are also certified to use the Mastermind approach to study over twelve (12) of the John Maxwell Programs over a period of weeks giving the participants the time and opportunity to practice the learnings at the workplace and provide feedback which can then be used to further improve their performance.

Our activities are highly interactive, and the participants are encouraged to bring their real-life work and other issues and concerns to the table.
